The Old Man Emu MT64 Suspension Kit is designed for Tacoma owners running additional equipment at the front of the vehicle while maintaining minimal rear cargo weight. Front coil springs rated for 220–330 pounds help compensate for the added mass of steel bumpers, winches, and skid protection without allowing the suspension to sag. Rear springs remain optimized for a 0-pound load configuration, preserving ride comfort and balanced suspension behavior across varied terrain.

Each MT64 shock incorporates a 2.8-inch aluminum monotube body designed to increase oil capacity and improve cooling efficiency during prolonged use. Aluminum construction provides superior heat dissipation and protection.

Digressive valving reacts quickly to changing terrain conditions to maintain stable vehicle control. Adjustable snap-ring positions allow front lift tuning between 1.75 and 3 inches to match installed accessory weight.

Components are tuned to operate together as a complete suspension system for the 4th-Gen Tacoma. Matched spring rates and shock damping support added front-end weight while preserving predictable handling.

All components mount using factory suspension locations on the 4th-Gen Tacoma chassis. Preassembled front coilover struts simplify installation and allow ride height adjustment through multiple snap-ring positions.
