Active Off-Road Rear Bump Stop Kit for 4th-Gen Tacoma (2024–Present)

The Timbren Active Off-Road Rear Bump Stop Kit is built for 4th-Gen Tacoma owners who expect more from their suspension when venturing beyond the pavement. Replacing the factory bump stops with progressive Aeon rubber bump stops delivers smoother engagement over terrain while reducing harsh impacts that can damage components.

As rear suspension travel reaches its limits, progressive Aeon bump stops gradually absorb impact energy instead of allowing abrupt bottom-outs. This creates a more controlled response over washouts, whoops, and uneven terrain.

Repeated hard impacts can place significant stress on shocks, springs, axles, and frame mounts. By managing those forces more effectively, the system helps reduce wear on key suspension components during demanding off-road use.

Reducing harsh suspension impacts helps improve vehicle composure and limits the jolts transferred into the cab. This creates a more comfortable driving experience while reducing fatigue during extended off-road adventures.

The Tacoma-specific design installs using factory mounting locations with standard hand tools. No welding, drilling, or complicated suspension modifications are required, making installation quick and straightforward.
