The Old Man Emu MT64 Rear Shock provides load-specific damping for Land Cruiser 250 Series vehicles configured with 0–2 inches of lift and up to 660 pounds of additional weight. Designed as an all-around shock for overlanding, the MT64 combines responsive valving with a large-diameter aluminum body to maintain controlled suspension behavior as terrain and vehicle loads change.

This MT64 configuration is designed for vehicles carrying up to 660 pounds of added load to suit a range of Land Cruiser 250 Series builds. The vehicle-specific tuning accounts for the intended suspension setup and load range.

Digressive valving lets the shock react quickly as the surface beneath the vehicle changes, helping control suspension movement across uneven terrain while maintaining a smoother, more comfortable ride during everyday driving.

A massive 2.8-inch shock body provides a large volume for demanding suspension applications. Its aluminum construction dissipates heat fifteen times faster than steel and provides increased protection against stone damage.

At full extension, these MT64 shocks feature a hydraulic end-zone top-out system that provides additional padding within the shock. This helps cushion the end of the extension travel and adds refinement to the suspension's response.
