How to Submit a Cancellation Request
1. Initiating a Request

- Item(s) requested for cancellation

2. Evaluation and Approval

- Only confirmed approvals constitute an effective cancellation.
- Requests received after the shipping process begins will not be treated as cancellations but will be processed under the Return Policy.

- Orders submitted during carrier transit are treated as shipped and must follow the Return Policy for processing.
Orders Already in Shipping Process
If an order ships during a cancellation request, the shipment is no longer eligible for cancellation and must be returned under the Return Policy.
- All restocking, shipping, and inspection fees under the Return Policy will apply.
- Customers are responsible for tracking shipments and ensuring timely return according to Return Policy instructions.
Refunds
Refunds for approved cancellations are issued per the Corgrit Refund Policy.
- Refund Method: Original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
- Processing Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation. Bank/card processing times may vary.
- Deductions: No cancellation fees apply if the shipping process has not begun. Any applicable fees after shipping are processed under the Return Policy.
Exclusions and Limitations
Cancellation is strictly unavailable for:
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products once production has started
- Any product once the shipping process has begun
- Clearance, open-box, mystery box, promotional, or final-sale items once shipped
- Items returned without prior approval or submitted outside the cancellation window
Risk, Title, and Liability
- Title and Risk of Loss: Transfer to Corgrit occurs only upon confirmation of cancellation prior to shipping.
- Customers are responsible for items shipped after cancellation requests that were not approved.
- Corgrit is not liable for shipping delays, carrier errors, or costs incurred for orders deemed non-cancellable.
Fraud and Abuse Prevention
To maintain integrity and prevent misuse:
