Corgrit Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your Corgrit orders reliably and with full transparency. While we work diligently to process and ship every order accurately and on time, circumstances such as high demand, backorders, or shipping disruptions may arise. This Policy explains how Corgrit ships products, what responsibilities both we and you have during the shipping process, and how to handle issues like delays, damage, or loss.

Our goal is to make shipping simple, predictable, and clear. Please read this Policy in full to understand timelines, responsibilities, tracking procedures, risk transfer, and related protections.

Corgrit (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and transparently. This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs shipping methods, timelines, responsibilities, risk, and related matters for products purchased through https://www.corgrit.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, the Customer (“you” or “Customer”) expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Policy, and further agrees to be bound by Corgrit’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Scope and Applicability

This Policy governs all orders placed on https://www.corgrit.com. Shipping options, timelines, and procedures may vary depending on your location, the type of product, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Geographic Coverage: Corgrit ships to any destination available at checkout. If your shipping address can be entered and a shipping method selected, Corgrit will ship to that address.
  • Cross-Reference: Shipping terms operate in conjunction with the Return, Refund, and Order Cancellation Policies, particularly for items damaged, lost, or returned.

Shipping eligibility is determined at checkout, and completing the order confirms that you have read and accepted these terms.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Shipping methods and available carriers are designed to match the type, size, and destination of the product ordered.

  • Products may be shipped via carriers including, but not limited to, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard shipping is available for all products.
  • Some products may offer expedited or other shipping methods for an additional cost.

Freight or LTL Shipments: Some large or heavy items may require special pickup arrangements, which will be communicated prior to shipment.

Selecting the appropriate shipping option helps ensure your order arrives when expected, and Corgrit will always communicate any special handling requirements.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, Corgrit, or a partner, begins preparing it for shipment. Processing times depend on product availability and complexity of the order.

  • Orders are generally processed within the same day or 1–3 business days.
  • An order officially enters the shipping process when received by the shipping department or a shipping label is created.
  • For multiple-item orders containing backordered items, available items will ship immediately, while backordered items will ship when they become available.

Timely processing allows customers to track and anticipate delivery, and ensures that all shipping milestones are clear.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated to cover delivery services and any included fees. Transparency ensures you understand what you are paying for at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are included at checkout and cover all applicable surcharges.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly covered under Corgrit Coverage Shipping Protection or if a Corgrit error occurs.

This approach ensures predictable shipping costs and eliminates unexpected charges after order placement.

Notifications and Tracking

Tracking and communication are key to a smooth delivery experience. Corgrit provides updates to keep you informed of your order’s status.

  • Customers with tracking-enabled orders receive email updates as the shipment progresses.
  • Notifications cover shipping confirmations, delays, exceptions, or other updates to clarify the delivery process.
  • Tracking information is valid from the time the shipping label is generated until the order is delivered.

Keeping customers informed ensures transparency and allows timely action if any issues arise during shipment.

Risk, Title, and Liability

It is important to understand when responsibility for the package transfers from Corgrit to the Customer.

  • Title and Risk of Loss: Transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
  • Customers must verify shipping addresses before placing orders. Changes after processing or shipping may not be possible. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping charges.
  • Corgrit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Customers should first contact the carrier, then Corgrit will assist with claims.

Understanding these responsibilities helps prevent disputes and clarifies the roles of both Corgrit and the Customer.

Damaged Shipments

We strive to ensure every package arrives in excellent condition. Customers should report any damage promptly to facilitate claims and replacement.

  • Notify Corgrit within 3 days of delivery if your order is damaged.
  • If damage is visible upon delivery, refuse the shipment and provide photos of the damage, packaging, and order number.
  • Corgrit will assist in filing claims with the carrier; final resolution is subject to carrier approval.
  • Shipments covered under Corgrit Coverage Shipping Protection may be eligible for reimbursement for loss, damage, or other issues.

Prompt notification ensures a timely resolution and preserves eligibility for claims or protection coverage.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Shipments

Packages that are not accepted or cannot be delivered are handled carefully to maintain compliance with returns and refund policies.

  • Packages that are refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed are treated as non-defective returns upon return to Corgrit.

Standard non-defective return policies apply:

  • 25% restocking fee may be charged
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Carrier fees incurred may also be deducted

This ensures consistent handling of returned shipments while maintaining fairness and transparency.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers play an important role in ensuring smooth delivery and avoiding avoidable issues.

  • Confirm your shipping address before placing orders.
  • Track shipments and promptly notify Corgrit of any exceptions or issues.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive packages or arrange secure delivery.

Proper attention to these responsibilities reduces delays, loss, or additional charges.

Fraud and Abuse Prevention

To maintain the integrity of the shipping process, Corgrit reserves the right to prevent fraudulent or abusive practices.

  • Corgrit may refuse or limit shipments to suspected fraudulent addresses or Customers.
  • Shipping may be delayed or denied in cases of serial cancellations, misuse, or abuse.
  • Repeated failed deliveries or misrepresented shipping information may result in account restrictions.
