Circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted under applicable terms of sale. Refunds are issued only in connection with approved product returns, cancellations, or adjustments that meet the eligibility requirements described in the Corgrit Return Policy. All returned items are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt.
Refund processing begins only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by Corgrit. Refund timelines listed in this Policy refer to the period after such approval.
Approved refunds will be processed according to the method selected by the Customer and in accordance with this Policy. Refunds are not automatic and must meet all applicable criteria under the Return Policy.
Corgrit reserves the right to deny or adjust refund amounts in cases of non-compliance, missing parts, or damage beyond original condition.
Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, as defined in the Corgrit Return Policy.This fee is automatically deducted from the refundable amount before refund processing.

Store credits are non-transferable and do not expire.
Unless otherwise provided in an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Corgrit may issue prepaid return labels for eligible U.S. returns as outlined in the Corgrit Return Policy.
If the Customer elects to use their own carrier, they assume responsibility for all shipping costs, insurance, and risk of loss until Corgrit confirms receipt in acceptable condition.
