The Old Man Emu MT64 Suspension Kit is engineered for Tacoma owners building vehicles with significant additional equipment, such as steel bumpers, winches, drawer systems, rooftop gear, or expedition cargo. Front coil springs rated for 220–330 pounds support the added weight of protection equipment while preserving proper suspension height. Rear springs rated for 880 pounds provide substantial load-carrying capability for cargo-intensive builds.

MT64 shocks feature a large 2.8-inch aluminum monotube body that increases oil capacity and thermal stability during extended off-road operation. Aluminum construction dissipates heat rapidly while offering improved protection from stone impacts.

Digressive valving technology allows the shocks to respond rapidly to terrain changes, maintaining stable vehicle behavior across both slow technical trails and higher-speed off-road travel. Adjustable snap-ring settings allow front lift height to be tuned between 1.75 and 3 inches.

This integrated suspension system is engineered so every component works together to maintain balance and durability under heavy loads. The addition of front upper control arms improves suspension articulation and alignment when operating at lifted ride heights.

All components are designed to mount using the factory suspension attachment points of the 4th-Gen Tacoma. Front coilover assemblies arrive preconfigured for installation and include adjustable snap-ring positions for lift height selection.
