Corgrit International, LLC (“Corgrit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) endeavors to maintain the highest quality standards; however, circumstances may arise necessitating the return or exchange of products. This Policy is intended to provide transparency regarding eligibility, timelines, procedures, and any fees associated with returns, including non-defective returns subject to a restocking fee.

Scope and Applicability
- Geography: This Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.
- International Orders: For orders shipped outside the U.S., contact support before initiating a return. Programs, prepaid shipping, and timelines may differ and are not guaranteed for international shipments.
Corgrit Coverage Extension
Certain products may carry Corgrit Coverage, extending the standard 30-day return window. The specific extension period (“Coverage Extension”) will be listed on the applicable product page. Where Corgrit Coverage applies, Customers may return or exchange products within the extended timeframe, subject to all other terms of this Policy.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
- Standard Return Window: Thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date as indicated by carrier tracking, unless extended by Corgrit Coverage.
- Exchanges: Eligible within the same 30-day window (or Coverage Extension) and subject to availability.
- Condition Requirements – Non-Defective Returns:
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in the original manufacturer packaging.
- Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, hardware, labels, and internal packaging.
- Items showing signs of installation, use, mounting, wiring, or exposure to elements will be ineligible or may incur deductions.
Note: Defective, DOA, or shipping-damaged items follow §9 and are exempt from restocking fees where verified and not customer-caused.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (RMA Required)

- Reason for return
- Photos (required for defects, damage, or packaging issues)
- Approval & RMA: If approved, Corgrit will provide:
- A unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- A prepaid downloadable/printable return label (U.S. only)
- Detailed packing and shipping instructions
- Ship Within 14 Days: Returns must be physically tendered to the carrier within 14 calendar days of RMA issuance. Expired labels must be re-approved.
- Packaging: Use the original box whenever possible. Ensure items are well-protected to prevent transit damage. Include all original materials.
Return Shipping and Labels
All approved returns must be shipped according to the instructions provided in your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This ensures timely processing, reduces the risk of transit damage, and allows Corgrit to track and verify the returned items efficiently.
- Method: Mail only (in-person returns not accepted).
- Label: Prepaid, downloadable/printable return label provided by Corgrit.
- Cost: Free shipping using Corgrit-issued label. If using an alternative carrier, the Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, traceability, and insurance.
Restocking Fee – Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and administrative costs. This fee applies only in cases where the return is not caused by defect, damage, or Corgrit error.
- Amount: 25% of the product price, excluding taxes and original outbound shipping.
- Applicable When:
- Customer changes mind or no longer wants the item
- Ordered wrong product, variant, or fitment
- Any reason not caused by Corgrit or manufacturer
- Not Applicable When:
- Verified defective, DOA, or shipping-damaged items
- Corgrit shipping or fulfillment errors
- Restocking fees are never applied when Corgrit error is verified
Outbound Shipping Refunds: Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless due to Corgrit error.
Exchanges
Exchanges allow you to replace a purchased item with an equivalent product, subject to availability and return criteria. The process ensures that the replacement item meets your needs while maintaining compliance with Corgrit’s inspection and eligibility standards.
- Eligibility: Same as returns (§3) within 30-day window or Coverage Extension.
- Process: Submit an exchange request; availability will be confirmed, and an RMA issued.
- Price Differences: If replacement is more expensive, Customer pays the difference; if less, refund issued less any applicable fees.
- Unavailable Replacement: Refund issued per §9, minus 25% restocking fee for non-defective items.
Inspection and Acceptance Criteria
All returns undergo a thorough inspection to confirm compliance with non-defective return requirements. Items failing to meet these criteria may be returned at the customer’s expense or may receive a partial refund.

- Complete: All accessories, hardware, manuals, warranty cards, protective films, and packaging included.
- Packaging: Resalable manufacturer packaging, no writing or labels on box.

- Electronics/Lighting: Unwired, unmodified, unpaired, protective films intact.
- Wheels/Tires: Unmounted, unbalanced, no lug or impact marks.
- Body/Armor/Rack Components: No tool marks, scratches, installed hardware impressions; foam/film intact.
- Soft Goods: Unused, clean, all tags attached, folded as shipped.
- Fluids/Chemicals: Non-returnable once shipped.
Failure to Meet Criteria: Return may be rejected, returned at Customer expense, or partial refund issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return or exchange due to their nature, customization, or potential safety and hygiene concerns. This ensures that Corgrit maintains product integrity and compliance with manufacturer restrictions.
- Installed, used, modified, or customer-damaged products
- Custom, made-to-order, personalized items
- Electrical/electronic components showing connection, activation, or tampering
- Cut-to-length items, consumables, fluids, paints, aerosols, hazardous materials
- Open-box, final sale, clearance, or marked non-returnable items
- Gift cards, downloads, or digital goods
- Items returned without approved RMA
Defective, DOA, or Shipping-Damaged Items
Items that are defective, dead on arrival (DOA), or damaged in transit require prompt notification to ensure timely resolution. Corgrit works in coordination with manufacturers to verify the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
- Notification: Within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photos/video.
- Verification: Corgrit may request manufacturer confirmation.
- Resolution: Exchange/replacement preferred or full refund.
- Fees: No restocking fee; prepaid U.S. return shipping provided.
- Freight/LTL Deliveries: Inspect upon arrival; note and photograph visible damage; refuse if severe.
Refunds – Method and Timing
Approved returns that pass inspection will be refunded according to Corgrit’s established procedures. Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
- Method: Original payment method; store credit if unavailable.
- Processing: Within 7 business days after item is received and inspected. Bank/card processing times may vary.
- Amount: Product price minus applicable restocking fee and original outbound shipping (unless Corgrit error or verified defect).
Partial Refund Deductions
Certain factors may reduce the total refundable amount for a returned item. These deductions account for missing components, damaged packaging, shipping damage, and other factors impacting resale value.
- Missing accessories, parts, or documentation
- Damaged retail packaging
- Customer-arranged shipping damage
- Excess soilage or contamination
Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that are refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed are treated as non-defective returns upon return to Corgrit.

- 25% restocking fee applies; original shipping non-refundable.
- Carrier fees may also be deducted if incurred.
Fitment and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming product fitment and compatibility prior to purchase. Returns due to incorrect fitment not caused by Corgrit are subject to non-defective return policies and applicable restocking fees.

Multi-Item and Partial Returns

Title and Risk of Loss
