Nitrocharger Plus Suspension Kit with 2 in Front Lift, 0 in Rear Lift, 220–330 lb Front Load Rating, and 0 lb Rear Load Rating for 3rd-Gen Tacoma (2016–2023)

Old Man Emu designed this kit to provide balanced suspension performance for Tacoma vehicles carrying additional front-mounted accessories. The integrated system approach ensures matched damping and spring performance. The design helps prevent suspension sag while maintaining stable handling characteristics during daily and off-road driving.

Components are built using heavy-gauge steel shock bodies for strength and durability. The Nitrocharger Plus shocks feature twin-tube construction, with an external reserve tube protecting internal components from debris and impact damage.

Five-position spring seat adjustment allows suspension preload tuning based on vehicle load and accessory weight. The direct-fit design supports compatibility with factory suspension mounting locations. Coil spacers are included to support different vehicle configurations.

This suspension system improves ride comfort, vehicle control, and payload handling. The tuned suspension calibration helps reduce long-term suspension sag when vehicles are equipped with heavy accessories or equipment.

Professional installation is recommended to maintain proper suspension geometry and alignment. The kit is designed as a direct replacement upgrade for OEM suspension components and should be installed according to manufacturer specifications.
