MT64 struts and shocks feature a 64-millimeter monotube design with increased oil volume for precise damping control. Enhanced heat dissipation ensures consistent performance during extended off-road or highway driving.

Coil springs and MT64 front struts are tuned to carry 220 to 330 pounds of added front-end weight. This prevents sag and maintains suspension travel when outfitted with heavy bumpers, skid plates, or winches.

Approximately 2 inches of lift in the front and rear improves ground clearance and approach/departure angles. Adjustable front spring seats allow fine-tuning of ride height to match vehicle configuration and accessories.

Aerospace-grade aluminum bodies and forged end components provide structural strength while reducing weight. The MT64 system is built to resist heat, corrosion, and stone impact, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
