The DV8 Offroad 3.5 mm Steel Engine Skid Plate adds dedicated protection beneath the 3rd-Gen Tacoma for drivers who regularly venture beyond paved roads. Its high-grade steel construction is designed to shield vulnerable underside areas from trail hazards while retaining practical access to key service points.

The skid plate combines 3.5- and 5-millimeter steel components to create a durable underbody protection system, providing a barrier between the engine underside and the rocks, debris, and other obstacles encountered off-road.

When off-roading, the underside can encounter obstacles that are difficult to avoid. The skid plate helps protect the underside of the Tacoma from damage caused by rocks, debris, and other hazards encountered along the trail.
