Exclusive 3.5 mm Steel Lower Control Arm Skid Plates for 3rd-Gen Tacoma (2016–2023) - Pair

The DV8 Offroad 3.5-Millimeter Steel Lower Control Arm Skid Plates add dedicated protection around the Tacoma's factory lower control arms. Designed for off-road terrain, they provide a durable barrier against rocks and debris while incorporating a reinforced front section and low-profile mounting hardware to better handle contact with obstacles.

Exposed lower control arms can encounter rocks and debris when off-roading over uneven terrain. These skid plates help shield the factory components from direct contact, providing an added layer of protection for off-road driving.

Each skid plate is constructed from 3.5-millimeter steel to provide heavy-duty protection around the lower control arm. The skid plate is designed to withstand the demanding conditions associated with rocky trails and rough terrain.

The front portion of each skid plate uses a double-thick design to reinforce the area where trail obstacles are most likely to make contact. This added material concentrates protection where it matters most during off-road travel.

Carriage bolts replace conventional hex-head bolts to minimize protruding hardware beneath the truck. Their design helps reduce the chance of bolt heads catching on rocks, debris, or other obstacles encountered along the trail.
