DV8 Offroad MTO Series Front Bumper for 3rd-Gen Tundra (2022–Present)

The MTO Series Front Bumper is designed to enhance both utility and styling for the 3rd-Gen Tundra. With improved approach angles and reinforced lower intercooler protection, the bumper supports aggressive trail use while preserving factory features such as adaptive cruise control, air dam functionality, and front camera visibility.

Fabricated from 3.5 mm and 5 mm steel plate, the bumper provides structural integrity for winching and recovery operations. Additional steel plating protects the lower intercooler from impacts, while integrated mounting points support secure accessory installation.

The high-clearance layout fits tightly against the body to significantly improve approach angles over the factory bumper. Paintable aluminum accent panels allow subtle customization, and integrated provisions retain factory sensors and airflow components without interference.

Each wing includes mounts for 3-inch light pods, and a 20-inch dual row light bar can be positioned behind the aluminum accent panel for a concealed lighting solution. A hidden winch mount paired with dual D-ring shackle mounts provides dependable recovery capability when conditions demand it.

Installation requires trimming of the grille, bumper cover, fender flares, and inner fenders. Assistance is recommended due to weight and alignment requirements. Minor wiring is necessary when installing lighting, and total installation time is estimated at 4 to 6 hours.
