Old Man Emu MT64 kits are designed to work as matched assemblies, maintaining vehicle geometry and consistent handling. Components are tuned for a fully loaded rear while the front suspension remains standard, preserving front-end dynamics.

The monotube design with a 64-millimeter bore provides precise damping, increased oil volume for heat management, and consistent performance over prolonged use. Front and rear dampers work in unison for smooth, controlled ride characteristics.

Rear leaf springs and MT64 rear shocks support up to 600 pounds, ideal for heavy gear, overland equipment, or storage accessories. Suspension travel and ride height are maintained, preventing sag under load.

Approximately 2 inches of lift front and rear improves clearance, approach, and departure angles. Six-position adjustable front spring seats allow minor fine-tuning of ride height for personal preference or vehicle setup.
