MT64 Suspension Kit with 1.75–3 in Front Lift, 2 in Rear Lift, 0 lb Front Load Rating, 440 lb Rear Load Rating, and Front Upper Control Arms for 3rd-Gen Tundra (2022–Present)

The Old Man Emu MT64 Suspension Kit is designed for 3rd-Gen Tundras that need additional rear carrying capacity without a constant front load rating. The system combines 1.75–3 inches of adjustable front lift with 2 inches of rear lift, pairing a 0-pound front configuration with 440 pounds of rear load support. Front upper control arms complete the package by addressing the front suspension hardware needed for a lifted configuration.

A 440-pound rear load rating provides additional support for Tundras carrying cargo or other permanent weight toward the rear end. The rear suspension is tuned around this added load while maintaining the intended 2-inch lift.

The front suspension is designed for 3rd-Gen Tundras without additional constant weight over the front axle. The adjustable 1.75–3-inch lift range allows the front ride height to be established independently within the MT64 platform.

Tubular front upper control arms complement the increased front ride height. Their geometry is designed around the lifted application, helping bring the front suspension alignment back toward the appropriate operating range.

The MT64 coilovers feature six snap-ring positions for setting the spring-seat height. This provides multiple adjustment points across the 1.75–3-inch lift range and gives the installer greater flexibility when setting up the Tundra.
