Coil-Rite Rear Air Spring Kit for Lexus LX (1996–2007)

The Firestone Coil-Rite Rear Air Spring Kit adds adjustable support to the Lexus LX's existing rear coil suspension. By fitting inside the factory coil springs, the air springs provide additional resistance as the vehicle carries more weight, helping the suspension maintain better control without requiring replacement of the original springs.

The Coil-Rite system produces a variable spring rate based on air pressure and vehicle load. When the LX is carrying additional passengers, cargo, or equipment, increased pressure provides a higher spring rate and additional support.

Each air spring can be adjusted individually, helping to compensate for uneven cargo and maintain balanced suspension support. By limiting excessive body roll, the system contributes to greater stability when cornering or hauling.

Additional suspension support improves handling and braking performance. Maintaining a balanced stance can also help keep headlight beams properly aligned and reduce uneven tire wear associated with excessive rear-end sag.
