Coil-Rite Rear Air Spring Kit for 2nd-Gen Sequoia (2008–2016)

The Firestone Coil-Rite Rear Air Spring Kit is designed to help the 2nd-Gen Sequoia maintain a more controlled suspension response as vehicle weight changes. Its air springs fit inside the factory rear coil springs, adding supplemental support when passengers, luggage, or equipment place greater demands on the rear suspension.

The air springs work alongside the original coil springs rather than replacing them. As added weight compresses the suspension, the air springs provide extra resistance to limit excessive sag and maintain a more level vehicle stance.

This rear air spring system can be tuned to suit different driving situations. Increasing pressure provides firmer support when the Sequoia is carrying more weight, while reducing pressure allows a softer response during lighter use.

Each air spring can be adjusted individually using a standard air source. Adding or releasing air is as simple as inflating a tire, making it convenient to change suspension settings without an onboard compressor or electronic controls.

Additional rear support helps the Sequoia maintain a balanced stance when loaded. This can improves handling and braking response, particularly when transporting heavier cargo or traveling over roads with changing surface conditions.
