DV8 Offroad Spec Series Roof Rack for 4th-Gen Tacoma Double Cab (2024–Present)

The DV8 Offroad Spec Series Roof Rack is engineered to expand the utility of the 4th-Gen Tacoma Double Cab with a strong yet lightweight cargo platform built for off-road travel. Designed to support rooftop tents, storage containers, recovery tools, and expedition equipment, the rack integrates modular crossbars, reinforced sidewalls, and numerous mounting points to accommodate a wide variety of accessories.

The rack structure is built from aluminum panels paired with steel mounting feet for a strong yet lightweight platform. Reinforced sidewalls incorporate a ninety-degree bend to improve rigidity across the entire rack while maintaining a streamlined exterior appearance.

An ultra-low-profile layout complements the styling of the Tacoma while minimizing visual bulk above the roofline. The angular front wind deflector contributes to a clean aesthetic while reducing wind resistance and helping limit wind noise during highway driving.

Removable rear styling fins allow flush mounting of larger accessories such as tents and awnings. The system is designed to support a range of gear configurations, freeing up space inside the cab and bed while maintaining a stable and secure rooftop cargo platform.

Exterior-facing mounting bolts simplify the installation process by allowing the rack to be assembled at ground level before being secured to the pre-installed steel mounting feet. Sunroof models will require one less crossbar for tilt clearance.
