ReadyLift Front Differential Drop Kit for 3rd-Gen Tundra (2022–Present)

ReadyLift designed this Front Differential Drop Kit to improve CV axle geometry and drivetrain stability on lifted 3rd-Gen Tundra applications. The lowered differential position helps reduce operating stress during suspension droop while supporting improved durability under demanding driving conditions.

Lowering the front differential improves maximum CV operating angles by reducing axle strain at higher suspension heights. This helps maintain smoother drivetrain movement during articulation and aggressive off-road suspension travel.

Upgraded polyurethane bushings replace the softer factory differential bushings to help minimize movement under load. The firmer design improves drivetrain stability and helps maintain more consistent differential positioning during use.

This kit is engineered as a fully bolt-on system that installs using factory mounting locations without cutting or welding. Included hardware and precision-fit components support straightforward installation and consistent alignment.

CNC-laser-cut steel brackets provide reinforced support for long-term durability in harsh environments. A black powder-coated finish helps resist corrosion, moisture exposure, and surface wear during extended off-road use.
