Fabricated from laser-cut, CNC-bent, and boxed steel subframe components combined with ductile iron knuckles and OEM-style cast iron rear blocks, the system is engineered for maximum structural rigidity. Each component is designed to manage increased suspension loads while preserving consistent geometry under articulation.

The suspension architecture uses subframe drop assemblies and precision strut spacers to maintain factory-like geometry despite the extreme lift height. Differential drop and sway bar relocation components ensure proper driveline alignment and steering stability.

Bilstein rear shocks deliver controlled damping response and improved stability across varied terrain. The system supports large tire fitment while maintaining predictable steering behavior and consistent ride characteristics under load and off-road stress.

Designed for Tundra platforms, the system supports both RWD and 4WD configurations and accommodates 37-inch tires and OEM 20-inch wheels. It retains factory turning radius characteristics and integrates with OEM alignment specifications.
