Precision-manufactured in Colorado, the rack utilizes 1/4-inch aircraft-grade aluminum side panels that are laser-cut for structural consistency. Reinforced mounting points and stainless steel hardware create a rigid structure designed to retain strength under load while resisting corrosion over long-term use.

A full-length configuration maximizes usable cargo space while maintaining a low-profile form that complements the 6th-Gen 4Runner. The integrated 40-inch light bar cutout fairing allows for clean auxiliary lighting installation without compromising airflow or front-end appearance.

A drill-free mounting system allows the rack to be installed without modifying the vehicle. Factory mounting locations ensure a secure fit while preserving the integrity of the roof, making the system suitable for both long-term builds and reversible installations.

Nine extrusion crossbars provide multiple mounting positions for securing gear. Equipment can be bolted directly to the crossbars or strapped to the side plates, offering flexibility for a wide range of cargo, from rooftop tents to recovery equipment and expedition storage solutions.
