Semi-Hidden Low-Profile Front Bumper for 6th-Gen 4Runner (2025–Present)

The Warn Semi-Hidden Low-Profile Front Bumper provides the 6th-Gen 4Runner with integrated winch capability and added structural protection without replacing the vehicle's factory front-end appearance. Its semi-hidden design keeps the winch concealed behind the bumper cover while introducing a substantially reinforced mounting structure.

The bumper is made of 1/4-inch steel and doubles as a fortified front crossmember. It is engineered to accommodate Warn Zeon and VR Evo winches with capacities up to 12,000 pounds, excluding the M8274 10,000-pound winch.

Instead of a bulky aftermarket profile, the system replaces the vulnerable center cover with a low-profile steel structure. This adds front-end protection and recovery capability while maintaining a cohesive factory-style appearance.

The bumper is designed to avoid interference with the 4Runner's driver-assistance technology, including radar cruise control and vehicle sensors. This allows the factory technology to remain integrated with the vehicle after installation.

Installation requires no welding or drilling and only minimal cutting, making the bumper considerably less invasive than conventional bumpers. The winch can also be installed without relocating its control box, simplifying the setup.
