The Rago Fabrication Roof Rack with 40-Inch Light Bar Cutout Fairing is designed to maximize rooftop utility while integrating auxiliary lighting into a streamlined profile. Built for the Land Cruiser 250 Series, the rack supports demanding overland setups without compromising factory features. Its low-profile architecture follows the roofline closely, delivering strength, functionality, and refined exterior integration.

Fabricated from durable, lightweight aluminum, the rack incorporates nine heavy-duty crossmembers and double-walled side panels for enhanced rigidity and load distribution. The structure is engineered to support rooftop tents, cargo boxes, water tanks, and mounted accessories while resisting flex and vibration during sustained off-road use.

The low-profile design complements the Land Cruiser’s exterior styling while minimizing added height. A pocketed front fairing accommodates integrated lighting and features a protective edge trim that seals against the roof surface. This design helps reduce wind noise and prevents contact-related wear during daily driving and extended travel.

The rack mounts to multiple factory roof installation points to provide a stable, rattle-free foundation for heavy loads. This multi-point attachment strategy evenly distributes weight across the roof structure, improving stability on uneven terrain. Optional decking panels can be added to create flat load surfaces and additional tie-down points.

The front fairing is designed to accept one 40-inch curved or straight light bar or up to ten 3-inch pod lights for forward-facing illumination.
