The Rago Fabrication Bed Channel Stiffeners provide a purpose-built reinforcement solution for Tundra owners running additional bed-mounted weight or frequently driving in high-stress conditions. By adding an extra layer of steel at critical stress points, the system increases durability and helps prevent long-term damage to the bed structure while maintaining factory alignment and fitment.

Fabricated from quality steel, each stiffener combines a 3/16-inch primary plate with a 3/16-inch backer plate to deliver a total of 3/8-inch reinforcement at the bed channel. This dual-plate design distributes load more evenly and reduces localized stress that can lead to cracking over time.

Engineered specifically for the 3rd-Gen Tundra, the brackets follow the contour of the factory bed channels for precise integration. The low-profile form maintains compatibility with common bed accessories while adding substantial rigidity where it is needed most.

These bed channel stiffeners are confirmed to work with Decked bed drawer systems and common bed-mounted accessories. Trucks equipped with plastic bed liners may require minor modification to ensure proper fit against the bed structure.

The stiffeners mount to the underside of the bed using existing factory bolt holes and secure to the side of the bed with additional fasteners. Some drilling is required during installation. Use of a step bit is strongly recommended to reduce the risk of sheet metal cracking.
