The machined aluminum construction delivers a precise fit with a flush, low-profile layout that works cleanly with tonneau covers and camper shells. Anchors are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for surface durability. Edges are radiused to protect straps and prevent abrasion during tensioning. Each unit is engraved with torque specifications and the Charvonia Design logo, reflecting manufacturing accuracy and attention to detail.

A flush-profile shape provides compatibility with most bed covers while maintaining strong, rigid tie-down support. The layout replaces worn or corroded factory steel mounts with a cleaner, more precise interface.
