The Old Man Emu MT64 Suspension Kit provides a tailored suspension configuration for 3rd-Gen Tundras that carry additional weight at the front without requiring increased rear load capacity. The 1.75–3-inch adjustable front lift is paired with a 2-inch rear lift, while the 220–330-pound front rating accounts for added front-end equipment and the 0-pound rear rating keeps the rear suspension configured for an unloaded setup.

The 220–330-pound front load rating is designed for added equipment weight over the front axle. This allows the front suspension to be selected around the vehicle's actual equipment rather than using a generalized load rating.

The rear suspension is rated for no additional load, making it suited for builds without constant rear weight. The 2-inch rear lift still provides increased ride height while retaining a rear suspension setup intended for a zero-load application.

This MT64 suspension kit's damping is developed specifically around the 3rd-Gen Tundra. This allows the damping characteristics to complement the vehicle's suspension geometry, selected lift, and intended load configuration.

Digressive valving allows the shocks to react to changing surface conditions with control. The result is a damping system designed to remain composed as the Tundra moves between pavement, uneven roads, and off-road terrain.
