MT64 Suspension Kit with 1.75–3 in Front Lift, 0 in Rear Lift, 220–330 lb Front Load Rating, and 0 lb Rear Load Rating for 3rd-Gen Tundra (2022–Present)

The Old Man Emu MT64 Suspension Kit provides a load-specific suspension configuration for 3rd-Gen Tundras equipped with additional front-end weight. Its 1.75–3-inch adjustable front lift is paired with a 220–330-pound front load rating, while the rear remains at 0 inches of lift with a 0-pound load rating. The matched MT64 shocks improve control and ride quality without compromising the truck's versatility.

The 220–330-pound front rating is intended for builds with added front weight. Vehicle-specific damping matches this configuration to provide an appropriate suspension response as the truck's front-end gear and load change.

The front coilovers use a six-position snap-ring system to establish ride height within the 1.75–3-inch lift range. Multiple spring-seat positions allow the setup to be tailored to the vehicle rather than limiting it to a single fixed height.

The Old Man Emu MT64 platform uses 2.8-inch aluminum shock bodies with increased oil capacity. The large-body design provides additional room for damping fluid and supports more precise shock tuning for the 3rd-Gen Tundra.

Hydraulic end-zone top-out provides additional cushioning as the shock reaches full extension. This helps moderate the final portion of suspension travel and contributes to more controlled suspension behavior over uneven terrain.
