The C4 Fabrication Summit Rear Liftgate Ladder is a rear hatch-mounted access solution engineered for consistent, secure roof entry on the 6th-Gen 4Runner. The low-profile design follows factory body lines while providing confident footing through rubber tread strips and rigid mounting architecture. Built for real utility rather than appearance, the ladder supports daily use, trail environments, and expandable rear-mounted configurations.

The ladder steps are formed from extruded aluminum T-slot profiles, offering high strength-to-weight efficiency and integrated functionality. Structural support is provided by heavy-duty steel mounting brackets, while stainless steel hardware ensures long-term resistance to corrosion in varied climates and off-road conditions.

A low-profile layout allows the ladder to track closely with the vehicle’s rear contours, maintaining rear visibility and minimizing visual bulk. Slotted side rails provide continuous mounting points for compatible accessories without compromising structural integrity or access ergonomics.

Rubber tread strips are included on each step to improve grip during wet, dusty, or uneven conditions. The step spacing and ladder geometry are optimized for controlled, stable movement when accessing roof-mounted equipment.

The ladder supports optional bolt-on steel side steps and an optional steel Rotopax mounting bracket. Accessories are sold separately and require heavy-duty hatch struts when installed. The base ladder does not require upgraded struts when used without add-ons.
