Morimoto XB Sequential LED Projector Headlights elevate both form and function for the fifth-generation 4Runner. Each housing incorporates three Bi-LED projectors that work collectively to deliver 33% more low-beam output and 100% more high-beam output compared to earlier versions. Enhanced beam geometry improves ground-level visibility and cornering illumination, while the integrated sequential start-up animation and LED DRL create a refined, modern appearance.

Built with an ABS plastic housing and UV-resistant polycarbonate lens, these headlights maintain structural rigidity and long-term clarity under harsh environments. The internal die-cast aluminum heat sinks manage thermal dissipation, protecting the OEM-grade Osram LED chips from heat degradation. The UVHC3000 coating preserves lens transparency, preventing oxidation and yellowing over years of use.

Morimoto’s design team refined every detail of the 4Banger’s successor headlights with precise attention to proportion and symmetry. The triple Kuria Optic projectors align within a smoked-gray reflector enclosure, framed by piano black trim for a neutral, factory-grade appearance. The white daytime running light powered by Osram 5000K LEDs ensures visibility in daylight, while the amber sequential turn signal delivers a clean, high-end motion effect.

These second-generation XB headlights achieve significant optical improvements through a dual Bi-LED configuration, activating all three projectors for the low beam and two for the high beam. The result is an even, high-intensity output pattern with optimal width and distance, meeting SAE, DOT, and FMVSS108 standards. Integrated adjusters simplify vertical and lateral beam alignment for precise on-road compliance.

Installation is fully plug-and-play with factory connectors and no cutting or modification required. Each unit comes preassembled with rubber seals, connectors, and a pigtail harness for a clean, OEM-level installation.
