Exclusive Roof Rack for 4th-Gen Tacoma Double Cab (2024–Present)

The Martin Off-Road Foundation Rack delivers a modular and bolt-on solution for securely mounting rooftop cargo and overland equipment. Engineered for the fourth-generation Toyota Tacoma Double Cab, this system is designed to install using the vehicle’s factory roof mounts, eliminating the need for drilling or structural alteration. Each rack includes a front wind deflector to reduce drag and noise, with optional accommodations for 40-inch light bars.

CNC laser-cut from 3/16-inch 5052 aluminum, the rack’s side plates are engineered for structural strength while keeping weight to a minimum. Crossbars use extruded aluminum with integrated T-slot channels to support flexible accessory mounting. All hardware is stainless steel, and the full rack is coated in a satin black powder finish to resist corrosion and environmental wear.

The rack offers bolt-on installation directly to the eight factory mounting points on the roof. Its crossbar configuration is user-configurable, enabling additional support based on load requirements. The wind deflector attaches to a dedicated crossbar and is shaped to minimize wind resistance and cabin noise during highway driving.

Buyers can choose an optional cutout in the wind deflector to accommodate 40-inch light bars at no extra cost. This allows for seamless integration of lighting equipment without the need for additional brackets or modification to the rack structure.

Users must evaluate load distribution and total weight before driving. Load limits vary based on vehicle setup and driving conditions. Use best judgment to maintain safe handling and structural performance.
