Anchors are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for surface durability. Edges are radiused to protect straps and prevent abrasion during tensioning. Each unit is engraved with torque specifications and the Charvonia Design logo, reflecting manufacturing accuracy and attention to detail.

A flush-profile shape provides compatibility with most bed covers while maintaining strong, rigid tie-down support.
