The Zarges K470 Case is engineered for operations requiring uncompromising reliability, with a focus on structural integrity, environmental sealing, and modular customization. Suitable for secure lithium battery transport, the case meets UN Packaging Group 1 and BAM standards and is MIL-STD-810 tested. It can be integrated with accessory systems for foam, mobility, and internal security. Sized for compatibility with standard DIN pallets and designed for extreme temperatures from -112°F to 302°F, this case operates where plastic fails.

The case features a 5005 alloy body with riveted seams, beaded walls, and a welded frame. Reinforced cast-aluminum corners support over 2,000 pounds of stacked load. A stainless steel hinged lid opens on two reinforced lid straps, with a continuous polyurethane seal for weather resistance. Dual ergonomic snapback handles are load-rated to 150 pounds each.

Purpose-built for logistics, this aircraft-grade aluminum case is suited for ground, sea, or air environments. The design maintains high internal volume with a compact footprint and supports retrofitting with color, branding, or mounting options. Lockable snap fasteners can be secured with padlocks, plug locks, or seal features, depending on field needs.
