Fabricated from 1/4-inch CNC laser-cut and bent 5052 aluminum, the side rails and supporting structure offer a high load-bearing capacity without excessive weight. The entire rack is coated in a satin-textured black powder finish for added abrasion resistance and long-term corrosion protection. All mounting hardware is stainless steel to withstand harsh environments.

With a modular crossbar system and precision-fit side rails, the rack supports rooftop tents, lighting systems, recovery gear, and storage platforms. The design allows for extensive customization, with multiple mounting slots and access points along the full length of the rack.
