FlatLink Expert Winch Shackle Mount in Yellow

The Factor 55 FlatLink Expert winch shackle mount is engineered for drivers who prefer the safety and control of closed-system winching. Replacing a traditional winch hook with a dedicated shackle mounting point, it creates a more secure recovery connection while maintaining a compact design that stores neatly against the fairlead.

Unlike conventional shackle mounts, the FlatLink Expert winch shackle mount features a large pear-shaped opening that accommodates the pin end or bow end of common 3/4-inch screw pin shackles as well as many factory recovery points.

The FlatLink Expert is compatible with both steel and synthetic winch rope up to 3/8-inch in diameter. Installation requires no rope splicing and uses the included aerospace-grade 5/8-inch Grade 5 titanium double-shear pin and snap ring.

Integrated rubber fairlead protectors cushion the winch shackle mount against the fairlead during storage, helping prevent metal contact, reduce rattling, and protect alloy and roller fairleads with license plate mounting brackets.

Factor 55's philosophy helps create a more secure recovery setup by eliminating the open winch hook. Always monitor shackle orientation during recoveries to prevent side loading, particularly if temporary slack develops in the line.
