The LensunSolar Flexible Hood Solar Panel integrates advanced charging technology into a streamlined hood-mounted design, providing consistent off-grid energy without the bulk of portable panels or roof rack systems. Its custom fit reduces hood glare while extending battery life, making it ideal for overlanding, camping, or extended vehicle storage.

Engineered with Grade A PERC monocrystalline cells laminated under an ETFE surface, the panel achieves high efficiency and long-term durability. Its ultrathin 3 mm profile reduces weight while maintaining flexibility, enabling a secure mount to the RAV4 hood without compromising vehicle styling or aerodynamics.

Vehicle-specific shaping ensures a precise fit on the 5th-Generation RAV4 hood. Unlike portable solar panels, this design saves cargo space and requires no unpacking or setup. The ETFE surface also minimizes light reflection to reduce glare during driving.

Built to withstand extreme weather conditions, the panel resists heavy snow, hail, wind, mud, and debris encountered in both on-road and off-road environments. The IP68-rated junction box further enhances resilience against water and dust intrusion.

The panel installs with simple plug-and-play wiring and can be paired with an optional Lensun 10A Waterproof MPPT Solar Controller. This controller features advanced protection against reverse polarity and overcharging, with compatibility across sealed, AGM, gel, liquid, and lithium-ion batteries.
