Official Promotion Rules

The Corgrit Monthly Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Corgrit (“Corgrit,” “Sponsor,” or “Promotion Administrator”) through https://www.corgrit.com (the “Website” or “Site”).

The Promotion is governed by these Official Promotion Rules (“Rules”). By participating in this Promotion, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Rules, Corgrit’s Terms and Conditions, Corgrit’s Privacy Policy, and all decisions made by Corgrit regarding the Promotion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. The Promotion is intended to be conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

1. Promotion Period

The Corgrit Monthly Giveaway is an ongoing monthly promotion beginning on the date announced by Corgrit and continuing until modified, suspended, or terminated by Corgrit in accordance with these Rules. Each monthly Promotion period will operate independently. Eligible Giveaway Entries received during a calendar month will be included in the random drawing conducted on the first (1st) day of the following calendar month. All dates, times, and deadlines associated with the Promotion will be determined according to Pacific Time in California. Corgrit’s clock shall be the official timekeeping device for purposes of the Promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and any jurisdiction where participation in this Promotion is prohibited are not eligible. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Corgrit are not eligible to participate. Immediate family includes spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and any individual residing in the same household. By participating, Entrants represent and warrant that they satisfy all eligibility requirements.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase an Entrant’s chance of winning. Eligible individuals may participate without making a purchase by using the alternative mail-in entry method described in Section 7 of these Rules.

4. Giveaway Entries and Entry Multipliers

For purposes of this Promotion, “Giveaway Entries” are entries into the applicable monthly random drawing. Giveaway Entries are not earned automatically upon purchase. Giveaway Entries are awarded only after submission and approval of a qualifying product review. Eligible products displayed on the Website may have an associated Entry Multiplier. The applicable Entry Multiplier will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Entry Multipliers may vary by product, brand, promotional period, or other factors determined by Corgrit. Corgrit reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify, or otherwise adjust Entry Multipliers at any time. The Entry Multiplier displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase and will not be retroactively changed due to future modifications.

5. Purchase and Review Entry Method

Eligible Entrants may earn Giveaway Entries by purchasing qualifying products from the Website and submitting an approved product review. The number of Giveaway Entries awarded will be calculated as follows: Eligible Purchase Amount × Applicable Entry Multiplier = Giveaway Entries. The “Eligible Purchase Amount” means the final amount actually paid by the customer for eligible products after applying discounts, promotions, coupons, credits, or other reductions. The Eligible Purchase Amount excludes: Sales tax; Shipping charges; Handling charges; Service fees; Other non-product-related fees. Example: If an Entrant purchases a $100 product with a 2x Entry Multiplier, the Entrant receives 200 Giveaway Entries after submitting and receiving approval for a qualifying review. If the Entrant receives a 10% discount and pays $90 for the product, the Entrant receives 180 Giveaway Entries. All Giveaway Entries will be rounded to the nearest whole number.Giveaway Entries are calculated based on the final amount paid and not the original retail price.

6. Product Reviews and Entry Requirements

A product review must be truthful, accurate, and based on the Entrant’s actual experience with the purchased product. Corgrit reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify reviews and associated Giveaway Entries that: Are false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive; Are copied from another source; Are generated through automated systems or artificial intelligence without meaningful personal input; Contain inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or prohibited content; Violate the rights of another person or entity; Are submitted solely for the purpose of obtaining additional Giveaway Entries. A customer may not receive additional Giveaway Entries by submitting multiple reviews for the same product, submitting duplicate reviews, or otherwise attempting to manipulate the Promotion. Returned orders, refunded orders, canceled orders, disputed payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for Giveaway Entries. If a customer removes a qualifying review after receiving Giveaway Entries, Corgrit reserves the right to remove those Giveaway Entries from the applicable drawing.

7. Mail-In Entries

No purchase is necessary to participate. Eligible Entrants may enter by submitting a handwritten mail-in entry using black or blue ink on a plain postcard measuring approximately six (6) inches by four (4) inches.Each mail-in entry must include: Full legal name; Complete residential mailing address; Telephone number; Email address; Date of birth. Mail-in entries must be mailed without an envelope to: Corgrit Review Giveaway Entry Routing, 4835 Dyson Ave, El Monte, CA 91732. Each valid mail-in entry will receive two hundred (200) Giveaway Entries. Limit ten (10) mail-in entries per person and per email address per monthly Promotion period. Entrants who send in more than ten (10) mail-in entries will be disqualified. Mail-in entries must be received before the applicable monthly drawing date.Corgrit is not responsible for mail-in entries that are lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrectly addressed, or not received.

8. Minimum Participation Requirement

Corgrit reserves the right not to conduct a monthly drawing unless at least one hundred (100) individual eligible Entrants participate during the applicable monthly Promotion period.

9. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected for each monthly Promotion period. The winner may select one (1) prize from the following available options. Prize Option 1: Baja Designs Squadron Pro 2.0 LED Light Pods with Driving-Combo Beam Pattern, Baja Amber Lens, and Wiring Harness - Pair. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $479.95; Prize Option 2: ARB 12 V Brushed Single-Motor Portable Air Compressor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $499.95; Prize Option 3: Factor 55 Baja HD 4-Piece Recovery Kit. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $495.00. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or monetary equivalent. Corgrit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. A winner requesting a substitute product must request a replacement from the same product category and the same brand as the original prize. Any additional cost exceeding the original prize value will be the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize substitutions are subject to availability and Corgrit approval.

10. Drawing and Winner Selection

The potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible Giveaway Entries received during the applicable monthly Promotion period. The drawing will take place on the first (1st) day of the following month. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Giveaway Entries received. A participant is not considered an official winner unless and until Corgrit verifies eligibility and confirms winner status.

11. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address associated with their Corgrit account or order. Winner notifications will be sent by Corgrit Customer Service from:[email protected]. The potential winner must respond within three (3) days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to comply with these Rules, Corgrit may select an alternate winner. Prize shipping will be provided at no cost to the winner.Prizes cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Prizes will not include Corgrit Coverage Shipping Protection services.

12. Publicity Release and Content License

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Corgrit permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, video, vehicle information, social media handle, statements, testimonials, review content, submitted images, submitted videos, and other submitted content for advertising, promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants grant Corgrit a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use submitted content.

13. Disqualification

Corgrit reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or remove Giveaway Entries if Corgrit determines, in its sole discretion, that the Entrant has: Violated these Rules; Submitted fraudulent information; Submitted fake, copied, or manipulated reviews; Used artificial means, bots, scripts, or automated systems; Created duplicate accounts; Used multiple email addresses or identities; Engaged in fraudulent purchasing activity; Returned products after obtaining Giveaway Entries; Initiated a chargeback or payment dispute.

14. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

Corgrit reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud, technical problems, failures, malfunctions, security issues, administrative issues, or other circumstances have impaired or may impair the integrity, fairness, security, or proper administration of the Promotion.

15. Force Majeure

Corgrit shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, interruption, or inability to conduct the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet failures, equipment failures, public emergencies, acts of God, or other force majeure events.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corgrit and its affiliates, employees, representatives, agents, suppliers, and partners are not responsible for:Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, damaged, corrupted, stolen, or misdirected entries; Mail delivery failures; Technical failures or interruptions; Hardware, software, network, or communication failures; Unauthorized access or alteration of entries; Incorrect information provided by Entrants; Errors in Promotion administration; Fraudulent or improper participation.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved individually and not through any form of class action. All matters concerning the interpretation, validity, enforcement, and application of these Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
