Construction

Though ultra-light at just 69 lbs., this front bumper doesn’t compromise on strength. The compact, high-clearance design channels impact forces toward reinforced mounting points while preserving critical airflow and frontal cooling. The optional tube stinger adds extra protection and a mounting point for trail gear or lighting. Like all Dissent bumpers, it's manufactured with precision fitment in mind, ensuring a clean, streamlined install that won’t interfere with vital systems or accessories.

Design

This bumper is purpose-built for real-world wheeling, with angled wings and an ultra-slim center section that keep the approach angle as high as possible. Ventilation cutouts serve dual purposes—preserving airflow and allowing for the addition of 2" x 3" surface-mounted lights such as the Rigid SR-M Series SAE fog lights or Baja Designs S2 units. All light and stinger accessories are optional and bolt-on. Note that adding the flip-up license plate bracket requires drilling for proper placement.

Tow Hitch

Installation is straightforward for most 100 Series Land Cruisers, though LX 470 models will require winch control box relocation and possibly grille cutting for winch access.
