Corgrit ("we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that Morimoto products sold on https://www.corgrit.com including headlights, tail lights, fog lights, and related lighting accessories and products (collectively, “Products”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase or, if applicable, the date of delivery. This Limited 2-Year Warranty (“Warranty”) sets forth the scope of coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, remedies, and legal limitations applicable solely to Products purchased through Corgrit.
By purchasing Products from Corgrit, the customer (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Warranty and to be bound by Corgrit’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Warranty Coverage
Products sold by Corgrit are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase or, if applicable, the date of delivery when installed and used in accordance with the instructions provided by Corgrit or the manufacturer.
- Coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Corgrit will provide a replacement Product at no cost to the Customer if a defect covered by this Warranty is confirmed.
Warranty Applicability
This Limited 2-Year Warranty applies solely and exclusively to Morimoto products that are expressly designated by Corgrit as covered under a two (2)-year warranty on the applicable product page at the time of purchase. The duration and scope of coverage may vary among Morimoto product categories. Only those Products explicitly identified in Corgrit’s listing materials as subject to a two (2)-year warranty shall be deemed eligible for coverage under this Warranty. Products not bearing such designation are expressly excluded.
Manufacturer Warranty Reference and Precedence
Customers are strongly encouraged to refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms for complete details regarding coverage duration, limitations, exclusions, and conditions applicable to specific products. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or conflict between this Warranty and the manufacturer's published warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty shall govern and take precedence with respect to the interpretation, enforcement, and scope of coverage. Corgrit’s obligations under this Warranty are limited solely to those expressly set forth herein and do not expand, modify, or supersede the manufacturer’s warranty in any respect.
Original Purchase Requirement
This Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from Corgrit. Products purchased from third parties, resellers, or other distributors are not covered under this Warranty.
Proof of Purchase and Documentation
To submit a claim, the Customer must provide acceptable proof of purchase, which includes one or more of the following:
- Order number from Corgrit
- Invoice or receipt showing purchase from Corgrit
- Confirmation email of the original purchase
Providing proper documentation ensures timely evaluation and reduces disputes.
Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation beyond the materials provided with the Product
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or abuse
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or other cosmetic effects
- Alterations or modifications to the Product
- Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or shipping
- Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages
Installation Assistance
Products sold by Corgrit include additional materials to facilitate correct installation. This feature is provided to ensure proper application of the Product and is not a separate insurance or coverage program.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim:

- Provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or receipt.
- Include a detailed description of the defect and, if possible, photographic evidence.
- Corgrit will evaluate the claim and provide instructions for replacement if the claim is approved.
Corgrit may require return of the Product or additional documentation prior to issuing a replacement.
Remedies
If a claim is approved, Corgrit will provide a replacement Product at no charge.
- Replacement Products are warranted only for the remainder of the original Product’s warranty period.
- Refunds are not provided under this Warranty except as required by law.
- Corgrit may, at its discretion, provide updated or adjusted Products in cases where minor fitment or design modifications are necessary.
Limitations and Legal Terms
- This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy provided by Corgrit for defects in Products sold through our Site.
- Corgrit disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Corgrit’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the purchase price paid for the Product. Corgrit shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
- This Warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to Products purchased from Corgrit.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
