Welcome to the Corgrit Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as an affiliate partner and outline the rules, obligations, and rights associated with promoting Corgrit’s products and services. By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to comply with these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Program Overview
The Corgrit Affiliate Program allows individuals, businesses, and influencers to earn store credit by referring customers to Corgrit's off-road and overland megastore. This program is currently only available to participants based in the United States. By joining, affiliates can promote Corgrit's vetted product catalog while gaining access to branding tools and collaboration opportunities.
Eligibility
Anyone may apply to the Corgrit Affiliate Program, including individuals, businesses, online brands, and content creators. Acceptance into the program is at Corgrit's sole discretion. Corgrit reserves the right to approve or reject any application, and to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time, without prior notice.
Application and Approval Process
To apply, applicants must complete and submit the official Corgrit Affiliate Program Application form. All applications are reviewed by the Corgrit team, and approvals are based on brand alignment, audience relevance, and compliance with Corgrit's program guidelines. Rejected applicants may reapply unless explicitly instructed otherwise.
Commission Structure
Commission rates vary depending on the product, brand, or promotional campaign. Affiliates may be eligible for tiered rates or bonuses at Corgrit's discretion. Commissions are only credited for completed sales that are not canceled or refunded. Approved commissions will be applied to an affiliate's Corgrit account 30 days after the order is fulfilled. Any commissions related to returned or fraudulent orders will be revoked.
Commissions will only be issued once the affiliate’s account reaches a minimum payout threshold of $20 USD.
Payout Terms
All payouts are issued in USD as Corgrit store credit. Store credit will be added to the affiliate's account once the minimum threshold is reached and eligible commissions are verified. Payouts are not issued automatically on a fixed schedule; they are triggered when the affiliate qualifies. Corgrit reserves the right to adjust, delay, or withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
Affiliate Store Credit Rules
Store credit earned through the affiliate program:
- Can only be redeemed on https://www.corgrit.com
- Is not transferrable
- Can be used in conjunction with Corgrit sales or promotions
- Does not expire
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are free to promote Corgrit via websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. However, the following restrictions apply:
- No spamming (e.g., unsolicited emails or mass messaging)
- No impersonation of Corgrit or any Corgrit brand
- No false, misleading, or harmful claims
- No competing with Corgrit directly (e.g., bidding on Corgrit-branded keywords in paid ads)
Violating these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of any accrued store credit.
Collaboration and Early Access
Affiliates who demonstrate performance and brand alignment may be invited to participate in limited product launches, early-access drops, or content collaborations. These opportunities are by invitation only and subject to change.
Account Termination
Accounts may be terminated at Corgrit's discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violating promotional guidelines
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of brand assets
- Misrepresentation or abuse of the program
All unpaid or pending commissions at the time of termination will be forfeited.
Use of Brand Assets
Affiliates may only use Corgrit logos, banners, product images, and brand assets provided via the official dashboard or Help Center. Unauthorized use, distortion, or modification of assets is prohibited.
Liability and Disclaimers
Corgrit is not responsible for any affiliate business losses, failed referrals, or technical tracking issues (e.g., cookies disabled). The affiliate program may be suspended, modified, or terminated at any time without notice.
Modification of Terms
These Terms and Conditions may change at any time. Corgrit is not obligated to notify affiliates of changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
