Martin Off-Road Roof Rack for 3rd-Gen Tundra CrewMax Cab (2022–Present)

Built for the third-generation Toyota Tundra CrewMax Cab, the Martin Off-Road Foundation Rack is a robust, aerodynamic roof rack system designed to accommodate rooftop cargo and accessories in off-road or expedition settings. With its high-strength aluminum construction and integrated wind deflector, the rack provides both functionality and performance for demanding environments.

Laser-cut from 3/16-inch 5052 aluminum, the rack’s side plates deliver structural reliability with reduced overall weight. Crossbars use 2-inch by 1-inch extruded aluminum profiles and feature 6 mm T-slot channels for flexible mounting. Stainless steel hardware is included, and the entire assembly is protected with a satin black powder-coated finish.

Configured specifically for the CrewMax Cab roofline, the rack mounts with custom spacing and geometry to support even load distribution. The front wind deflector attaches to a dedicated crossbar to mitigate wind noise and drag. Optional crossbar configurations allow users to adapt the system for different rooftop setups.

An optional wind deflector cutout supports the installation of a 40-inch light bar with no additional cost or modification required. The cutout aligns with the crossbar mount for seamless fitment and forward lighting integration.
